The free plan includes online booking, WhatsApp reminders, and client management for 1 professional. No credit card required. You only pay if you need advanced features like commission tracking, financial reports, or multi-location support. **Do clients need to download an app?** No. Clients book through a web page that works in any browser on any device. No app installation required. **How does WhatsApp confirmation work?** The system automatically sends a WhatsApp message to the client 24 hours before their appointment. The client taps YES to confirm or NO to cancel. If they cancel, the time slot is immediately freed for other clients to book. A second reminder is sent 1 hour before. **Can I use Barbeiro.app on my phone?** Yes. The platform is mobile-first and works on any device with a browser. It's also installable as a PWA (Progressive Web App) on both Android and iOS for a native app experience. **What happens if two clients try to book the same time?** Impossible. The system shows only genuinely available time slots. Once a slot is booked, it's immediately removed from availability.
